& Visual Guidelines

Experience Insights' mission is to develop concepts that solve some of AT&T's toughest customer experience challenges. Xi wanted to establish themselves as a specialized design team within AT&T.

An identity and visual guidelines were created to empower teams to consistently write in Xi's voice and create in Xi's style. It serves to help creatives understand the Xi essence and values as well as the more specific facets of the brand like the mark, typography, color, and more—providing detailed instructions on how to use those elements in a variety of contexts.
