Compass Pride 2021
Every year Compass expresses the importance to their customers and employees of the allyship they have toward the LGBTQIA+ community. Our team was asked to create a dynamic campaign featured on Compass’ internal proprietary platform. The goal was to empower agents, employees, and the Compass brand while socializing a message of inclusion and allyship for Pride Month 2021.
My idea was to tie this back to Compass and real estate using a fresh new look. I used color blocking, an abstract way to represent the building or stacking of materials that can make up a home. To accompany the theme, I built an illustration library that allowed customers and agents to swap in and out different illustrations based on the space provided within layouts. This delivered a delightful interactive experience for customers to choose what they wanted while promoting their own content.
The use of illustration brought in elements that gave a human touch throughout the assets and helped further represent the people of the LGBTQIA+ community.
