Compass Pride

For Pride Month 2021, Compass sought to reinforce its commitment to LGBTQIA+ allyship through a dynamic internal campaign. I developed a fresh visual identity that tied back to real estate, using color blocking to symbolize the building blocks of a home. To enhance engagement, I created a flexible illustration library, allowing agents and customers to customize layouts with diverse, human-centered visuals. This interactive approach not only reinforced Compass’ message of inclusion but also empowered users to share their own content in an authentic and meaningful way.
